To whom it may concern,

I met Abe Beagles in September of 2024. At the time, I was an investor with Developments Resources, LLC. Development Resources had 29 - 640 acre sections of BLM claims on the Long Canyon trend, several of which I was an investor on.

One conversation with Abe about the value of a 43-101 and the ability to monetize that 43-101 within banking channels in Europe had me hooked. I went to my partners and told them they needed me.

Fast forward to today, I am a full partner with 6 mines totalling 297 Billion dollars in 43-101 Proven Resources going to trade within a month. Along the way, I spent many nights on the phone with Abe where he walked me through the steps of a 43-101 and the steps of monetization.

EVERY and I mean EVERY single person in a professional capacity within the monetization and lending industry that reads one of Abe’s reports sings his praises from the roof tops. The monetizer of our six mines told me that Abe’s reports are so straight forward, professional, detailed, as well as, the fact that he is very conservative has made them so easy to get approval on.

At this point, I continue to move forward with monetizing all of our 29 sections with Abe. I have also taken one of the owners position at phxcapsolutions.com working hand in hand with the mine owner and the monetizer to take mines to trade.

Sometimes in life you meet someone who completely changes the trajectory of your life. Abe Beagles is that person for me.
